Website and booking for the Adventurepark
For Gräfenhainer Paintballteam e.V., we built the Adventurepark Thüringen website with a connected online booking system. The site brings together activities, group packages and event information, linking them to SimplyBook.
The technical implementation uses WordPress and Elementor. Services, categories, group bookings and related resources were configured in the booking system. We also optimised image assets and adapted the content and presentation of the offers. Software maintenance and further editorial updates accompanied the project.
The challenge
Presenting offers clearly
The different activities and group packages needed to be easy to find on the website. Information, images and event content had to be brought together in a shared page structure and connected to the appropriate booking options.
Configuring the booking logic
Services, participant numbers and available resources needed to be coordinated in the booking system. Group bookings, scheduling and the assignment of offers required settings that matched both the software’s capabilities and the individual activities.
Technical implementation
WordPress, Elementor and image optimisation
The website was rebuilt using WordPress and Elementor, with content sections for activities, events and supporting information. Images were resized and converted to WebP. Software updates and adjustments to the display of posts complemented the technical support.
SimplyBook integration
Online booking was implemented using SimplyBook. Categories and services were set up, group bookings configured and resources assigned to the offers. Colour assignments helped structure the calendar view, while additional booking information was incorporated using the system’s available functions.
