As an Electronics Technician for Building Automation (m/f/d), you play a crucial role in the technical support and advancement of building technology for our customers. Your expertise is essential in developing sustainable solutions in the field of building automation. With your knowledge in HVAC, electrical engineering, or energy automation, you will work on innovative technical solutions to realize our vision of an efficient building in harmony with energy and climate goals. Tasks

From building automation systems to room automation and energy management, our innovative technologies make buildings smart. We are looking for someone to implement our exciting and diverse projects on-site with our customers in the Erfurt and Thuringia regions.

As an Electronics Technician for Building Automation (m/f/d), you will be responsible for commissioning building automation systems at our customers‘ locations. These include modern and complex buildings in various sectors such as industry, administration, healthcare, residential construction, and research.

With your technical expertise, you will be able to create and configure building automation solutions, which consist of control panels, automation stations, management user interfaces, and system integration. You will also handle the technical support of our customers, ensuring that no needs are left unmet.

In your role, you act as the personal interface between our customers and partners, providing technical support. You will also prepare the final acceptance and handover to our clients.

Your Responsibilities include:

Technical customer consultation and sales of building automation systems
Creation of offers, calculations, and technical concepts for individual customer projects
Project management from planning to implementation, including budget management and schedule monitoring
Serving as a key point of contact for the customer
Market observation and identification of new business opportunities in building automation
Participation in trade fairs, customer events, and training sessions

Requirements

Completed commercial or technical training in electrical engineering, building technology, or a related field
Solid knowledge of building technology and experience with automation systems
Enthusiasm for automation technology, along with strong communication and teamwork skills
Experience with the hardware products and software applications of the building automation manufacturer Loxone
Experience in commissioning standardized applications in the field of measurement, control, and regulation technology (MSR) or building automation systems
Ideally, knowledge of system technologies and functional processes in HVAC systems
Strong customer orientation, communication skills, and negotiation expertise
Independent, structured working style, and ability to work well in a team
Ideally, experience with the software products of the software manufacturer Atlassian (Jira, Confluence)
Proficiency in German, both spoken and written
Class B driver’s license and willingness to travel for customer visits and events

This is a 40-hour contract with a flexible working time model. For legal reasons, we would like to point out that this position offers a salary range of €28,000 to €50,000 gross per year, depending on qualifications and experience. We are willing to pay more according to skills and look forward to getting to know you, even if your salary expectations exceed the stated range.
