Introduction

As a Commercial Assistant (m/f/d), you are an essential part of our team, supporting us in administrative and organizational processes. Your skills in office and project management are crucial for ensuring the smooth execution of daily tasks and enhancing efficiency within our company. With your structured working style and strong communication skills, you actively contribute to supporting our customers and optimizing internal processes.

Tasks

In this versatile role, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Administrative Support: Handling incoming inquiries, preparing documents, and assisting with correspondence.
  • Scheduling: Organizing meetings and events, as well as coordinating travel and appointments for the team.
  • Project Assistance: Supporting the preparation of proposals, cost calculations, and presentations for our building automation projects.
  • Data Management: Maintaining databases, creating reports and statistics, and assisting with budget monitoring.
  • Communication: Acting as an interface between various departments, as well as with our customers and partners, to ensure a smooth flow of information.

Requirements

For this position, you bring the following qualifications:

  • Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
  • Solid knowledge in office organization and project management
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer orientation
  • Proficiency in common office applications (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace)
  • Ideally, experience with project management software applications (e.g., Atlassian Jira, Confluence)
  • Independent and structured working style, along with strong teamwork skills
  • Proficiency in German, both spoken and written
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic environment

This is a 40-hour contract with a flexible working time model. For legal reasons, we would like to point out that this position offers a salary range of €28,000 to €39,000 gross per year, depending on qualifications and experience. We are willing to pay more according to skills and look forward to getting to know you, even if your salary expectations exceed the stated range.
