Our onboarding process
You can register via the button „Get in Touch“ below. After registration, we clarify all technical and organizational requirements together. On this basis, we provide you with a tailor-made offer for cunnect.keyless.
By accepting the offer and concluding the contract, you acknowledge our Terms of Use.
Then we continue with step 2 of the onboarding.
In order to use our integration to the fullest, we require the following information from you:
Loxone access data:
- Serial number: The serial number of your Loxone server.
- Username: The name of a user account on your Loxone system.
- Passwort: The password of a user account on your Loxone system.
Please make sure that the user has the following permissions:
- Website/Apps
- Manage users and permissions
RoomRaccoon Information:
- PropertyID of your RoomRaccoon account
- Email address for sending keycodes
After providing this information, we set up the technical connection and prepare the everything for the last step.
As a final step, please make sure that your Loxone system is correctly set up:
- Assigned user groups: Each room must have its own dedicated user group.
- Match room names: The names of the user groups must match the corresponding room names in RoomRaccoon.
- Grant access permissions: Each user group must have access to all relevant access components (e.g. NFC Code Touch devices at the entrance, in front of the rooms, etc.).
Check your configuration carefully to avoid possible problems during integration.
If you need assistance during this process, we are happy to provide a configuration check for your setup (additional fees may apply).
Now the integration is fully functional and ready for immediate use.
