To successfully integrate your Loxone system with our platform, we kindly ask you to complete the form linked below. Please ensure you provide the following details:

Loxone Access Credentials:

Serial number: The serial number of your Loxone server.
Username: The username of the account that’s going to access your Loxone server.
Password: The password of the account that’s going to access your Loxone server.

The user account you provide must have the following permissions:

Remote Login
User Management
Group Management

RoomRaccoon Information:

PropertyID of your RoomRaccoon account
Email address to send key codes

Before proceeding, please ensure your Loxone system is correctly configured:

Assign User Groups: Each room must have its own user group.
Match Room Names: The user group name must match the corresponding room name in RoomRaccoon.
Grant Access Permissions: Each user group must have access to all relevant access components (e.g., NFC Code Touch devices at the entrance, outside the room, etc.).

Carefully verify your configuration to avoid any potential issues during integration.

Once a usage contract has been finalized with us, we will activate your user account. After activation, the interface will be fully operational and ready for immediate use.
